Most of our clients prefer to drop off the packets at the either the court or at our office due to the number of documents involved. Earnings (To Garnish Wages from an employer)
Writ of Garnishment & Summons, Copy of the Judgment, Garnishees Answer, 2nd Notice to Judgment Debtor, 2nd Hearing Request & Notice of Hearing, Garnishees Non-exempt earnings statement, Hearing Request & Notice of Hearing, Instructions to Garnishee, First Notice to judgment debtor, First hearing request.
Non-Earnings (Normally used to Garnish a bank account)
Writ of Garnishment & Summons, Copy of the Judgment, Notice to Judgment debtor, Hearing Request & Notice of Hearing, Garnishees Answer, Instructions to Garnishee.
If you are going to fax the documents to us, we only need one copy of each of the above documents.
If you are going to drop off the documents for us, please leave all of the duplicate copies that were made.
