Follow the two steps below to fax us the documents and pay online:
1. Fax the documents to us at 602-532-7321 (if the documents are over 15 pages, there will be an additional charge of 50 cents per page over 15 pages) and make sure to include a coversheet stating the number of pages that are to be served. Please include on the coversheet instructions such as a description of the person to be served, times when the person may be at the address, and a description of the vehicle the person drives if applicable. Please include your e-mail address so we can e-mail you a confirmation that we received your documents and payment. (We will e-mail you within 1 business day)
2. To pay you may either pay online by clicking the buy now button below, or you may authorize a credit card on the fax cover sheet. If you choose to authorize the charge on the fax, we will need the credit card number & expiration date along with the amount of money that you are authorizing to be charged.
Please note that these prices include attempts within the hours of 9AM-9PM Mon-Thurs and 8AM-12PM on Friday. If you need attempts made outside of these times, please contact us for the exact fee. These prices also do not include fees for scheduled serves. These are serves where you need us to be somewhere at an exact time. If you require this, please call for a quote.
